Unremembered Anniversary
I realized late yesterday that I missed an anniversary.
Wednesday was the 19th anniversary of My Final Photo, the photo-a-day project I began in 2004 about two weeks after I’d been retired from The Associated Press. Retired with the capability of at least 19 more years of photos. Every day for 19 years.
I continue to be amazed at the volume of photos I create every day. (Don’t count today. This day lowers the average.) On Wednesday I edited 15 photographs from the 510 exposures I made. That’s slightly above average but a lot was happening that made good photos.
There was a photo gallery in that Wednesday’s newsletter for paid subscribers with some of the edits.
More Farmers
This was My Final Photo for today after spending most of it at the Braun Farm as Kevin and Rodney repaired, replaced, and reloaded equipment and beans hoping to get as much as possible harvested before rain arrives Friday. Yesterday’s newsletter dealt with my relationship with Kevin. Today continued with a multitude of photos from daylight to dark.
Gong to keep doing this for at least another year. Then I’ll make some changes. Stick with me until then!
